Planning a wedding in a different city is hard, and we are here to help you. We have planned and executed events all over the southeast and even overseas. Need someone to help you navigate your engagement with your mother, being a wedding planner is often very much like seeing a therapist. With years of experience, we have seen just about it all and often from every angle.

Couples come to us at all stages of their engagement, and there is no right time to figure out you need some help! Have all your vendors picked out, guest list finalized, and now need someone to keep everything unpacked and on track on your Big Day? Our day-of package is a great solution for you. We will help set out your personal items (i.e. guestbook, memory table, candles, etc), line everyone up for your ceremony, que your ceremony music, 1st dances, and pack up everything at the end of the night. This is great so after your family and loved ones have helped you plan, and pick everything out for your big day, they can enjoy your day with you. They don’t have to stress about steaming linens for your tables, making arrangements for your tables, lighting candles, etc unless that is something they want to do.
If you have no idea where to start, are overwhelmed with all the decisions you need to make, and not even sure about what decisions need to be made, working full-time, planning a destination wedding; then our full-service package is a great fit for you! We will help guide you through the lengthy process of wedding planning, give you small goals and checklist to help you make it through to your day.
Still not sure about what you need, or stuck somewhere in the middle? There’s no script for wedding planning, and we can customize a package that best fits your needs!
There are also some great add-ons for any package that might be a huge help for you and your family. Don’t want the hassle of keeping track of RSVP’s? We all know whether we want to know it or not, there will be a lot of changes at the last minute to the guest list, because life right? One of our add-on’s is to keep track of your RSVP’s!
Will you or your significant other have a lot of family and friends traveling from out-of-town for your wedding? Another add-on is to help you with hotel accommodations. Room blocks with hotels, resorts, etc can be confusing and intimidating. With years of experience in hospitality, we can negotiate room blocks, help make reservations, monitor reservations, special requests (handicap needs, grouping together as much as possible, resort/hotel needs like golf, transfers from airports, etc), and welcome bags for each room can be a huge help.
We want you and your family members, to enjoy and be guests on your big day. This is our job, and let us be the ones working! You have heard it a million times, your big day will fly by, so why not let us help you relax and enjoy the last few days of your engagement as much as possible. This is one of the few times in your life, when all the most important friends and family are together at one time, so soak it in and enjoy it.
